Refund policy

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. If your football arrives damaged, doesn't light up, or you got the wrong team, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Other returns. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for instructions. The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the return. Gift wrap is non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged.
